PORTER CAMPAIGN GATHERS LOCAL SUPPORT

02.09.06
Despite the pouring rain six activists turned up on saturday afternoon to inform the local people of Barnham about the cruelty happening on their doorsteps. Even though it was only the third demonstration held in this sleepy village, lots of the local people we approached already knew why we were there and gave their support.

We stood proud displaying our banner and photographs taken at Mr Porters breeding site, and distributed lots of leaflets to passers by.

A group of youths were so horrified by what they had learned that they joined our protest and were soon leading chants to stop Furry Friends abusing any more animals.

Yet again our stand against cruelty will have left a visible dent in the profits at Furry Friends.

If you would like to join our regular peaceful protests, please contact us.
