The owner of Furry Friends pet shop, surely knows now that we are all dedicated to this cause as protests continue at his shop.
Today we were unable to hand out as many leaflets as usual because the majority of people had either already taken one in previous weeks, or had heard through word of mouth about the cruelty on their door steps. One lady even commented on how the issue has become the talk of the town and she and her friends are all boycotting the shop.

It seems that everyone passing knows why we are there each week, and each week we gather more support. One couple arrived to pick up some food they had ordered in but were disgusted to learn about the cruelty at Furry Friends that they vowed there and then to boycot the shop. The shop only had a couple of customers, and sympathy purchases from Mr Porters friends who gather in the shop each week.

We will continue to inform and educate the potential customers of Furry Friends about the cruelty exposed last year until the shop has either closed down or stops selling animals and expands its pet care range.
